Traditionally, leaders of the Russian Government, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Tax Service , and other federal authorities, as well as representatives of the business community and foreign customs administrations, take part in the Forum events.

In 2024, the Forum will bring together Russian and foreign experts in International Economic Activity. They will take part in a topical business agenda and visit modern interactive exhibition.
