On 21-22 of October, 2021, the International Customs Forum will be held at the World Trade Center in Moscow.

Every year, the event brings together representatives of government authorities and representatives of Russian and foreign business to exchange experience and to make dialogue on the development of foreign trade.

This year, discussions will develop around priority issues on the agenda of the state and business. It is the use of modern technologies and the digital transformation of foreign trade.

Experts will discuss the introduction of artificial intelligence and advanced information technologies, the improvement of electronic services for business, support of russian export, trends and prospects for the development of e-commerce, ecosystems as a new type of digitalization of foreign economic activity, the development of the transit potential of the EEU and other relevant topics.

International Customs Forum (ICF) is a new format of the exhibition “Customs Service” which was held annually since 1999. Traditionally, leaders of the Russian Government, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economic Development, the Federal Tax Service, and other federal authorities, as well as representatives of the business community and foreign customs administrations, take part in the Forum events.
