Maersk Group has become a partner of the International Customs Forum

The Danish integrated transport and logistics group Maersk has become a partner of the International Customs Forum 2021, which will take place in October 21-22 at the World Trade Center in Moscow.

Maersk provides services related to sea and land transportation, incl. with supply chain management and port operations. Founded in Denmark in 1904 as a shipping company, Maersk is today the world's largest container logistics operator. Now the company is based in Copenhagen, offices and representative offices are located in 130 countries of the world, and the company employs about 80,000 employees. Maersk operates over 700 container ships and transports over 25 million TEU containers annually.

In Russia, Maersk is present in all major ports and domestically, offering both integrated logistics solutions for Russian exporters and importers, and transit transportation for foreign cargo owners through Russian sea and land checkpoints.

In 1963, the KGH company was founded, which in September 2020 became part of the Maersk group. Today "KGH" is one of the largest European operators in the field of customs brokerage services and solutions for international trade. The company offers a full range of innovative solutions to more than 28,000 clients in all sectors of the European economy. The company employs over 1200 people in 23 countries.
