All necessary measures will be organized to ensure sanitary and epidemiological safety in accordance with the recommendations of Rospotrebnadzor in order to counter the spread of the COVID-19 at the ICF-2021.
Everyone should do PCR-test for the presence of coronavirus infection no earlier than 24 hours before the start of the event (no earlier than on 21st of October) in order to be admitted to the ICF-2021.
All registered participants will receive a letter to the email address specified during registration in their personal account with information on the procedure for passing PCR-testing with the possibility of choosing one of the following options:
At the World Trade Center in a specialized collection point for PCR-tests organized for the participants of MTF-2021 at the address: Moscow, Krasnopresnenskaya nab., 12, World Trade Center, Congress Center, entrance 6, 2nd floor, Baikal Hall.
Opening hours of the PCR-test point at the WTC: 21st of October 2021 from 10:00 to 16:00 (by appointment – the choice of time will be available in the letter received at the email address specified during registration in the personal account).
The results of PCR-testing will be automatically uploaded to the accreditation system.
If there is a negative result of PCR-testing, the MTF-2021 participant's badge will be activated, and a message will be sent to the email address specified during registration in the personal account.

The result of a PCR-test taken no earlier than 24 hours before the start of the event (no earlier than 20th of October 2021) should be downloaded to the link contained in the letter received to the email address specified during registration in the personal account. The QR-code must be placed on the form of the PCR-test result.
If there is a negative result of PCR testing, the ICF-2021 participant's name tag will be activated. About this you will get message to the email address specified during registration in the personal account.
Important! The presence of a vaccinated certificate, a certificate of a transferred disease and other documents do not give the right to enter the Forum.
The name tag for access to the ICF-2021 will be activated only if you will have a negative PCR-test result.
In order to ensure your own safety and the safety of others, we ask you to treat with understanding the preventive measures taken. The health of the participants, guests and staff of ICF-2021 is a priority for the organizers.
Please note that the admission of participants to the ICF-2021 will be carried out only in respiratory protection (masks, respirators) and after treating their hands with skin antiseptics. Participants must change masks every 2 hours during their stay on the Forum. The necessary individual protection means will be available free of charge to all participants.
